To use BloomVision, you must:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial ends, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the Service.

Additional users can be added to your account for a fee. Pricing and details are listed on our Pricing page and managed via our billing provider, Stripe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or software offered on the platform.

BloomVision currently does not allow users to upload their own content or assets. All designs are created using templates and media provided by the platform. You retain all rights to your client project data created within the platform (e.g., event names, arrangement counts, etc.), and we do not use your project information for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We collect basic analytics to help us improve user experience and understand platform usage. We do not sell your personal data.

We may offer integrations with third-party services like Canva or Stripe in the future. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

While we are based in the United States, BloomVision may be used internationally. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You may stop using BloomVision at any time by canceling your subscription in your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked at the end of your billing period, and your account data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomVision Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
